Tasks
- Apply incident problem change and release management using ITIL
- Communicate during outages high impact incidents and changes
- Coordinate with vendors and manage external resources
- Define and execute release management processes
- Drive operational readiness for new GenAI solutions transitioning to BAU
- Drive user adoption training and feedback management
- Ensure availability reliability performance and scalability
- Ensure security regulatory and validation compliance for GenAI
- Execute disaster recovery and resilience planning
- Govern production changes releases model updates prompt changes and AI configuration deployments
- Implement rollout and rollback procedures for AI services and models
- Improve AI support processes monitoring frameworks and observability
- Lead 24x7 support governance and service continuity planning
- Lead mentor and develop GenAI BAU operations team
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and knowledge repositories
- Maintain audit readiness and documentation for AI operational controls
- Manage operational SLAs KPIs and service reporting
- Manage risks issues and escalations for owned platforms and programs
- Monitor AI risks hallucinations bias toxic outputs model drift and unauthorized usage
- Monitor system health response quality latency and operational risks
- Own BAU operations for enterprise GenAI platforms and applications
- Perform root cause analysis for critical recurring incidents
- Present operational dashboards service reviews risk reports and improvement plans to leadership
- Provide technical leadership and hands on troubleshooting and optimization
- Support CI CD pipelines and controlled promotion across environments
