Gen AI Engineering Senior Director
Tasks
- Define AI architecture and roadmap
- Deliver secure resilient high performance AI platforms
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models
- Design and deliver cloud native platforms on AWS
- Design and deliver cloud native platforms on Azure
- Drive improvements to increase team velocity and reduce friction
- Ensure continuity through backup coverage and resource planning
- Ensure security data privacy compliance and responsible AI alignment
- Establish engineering standards and governance
- Evaluate and govern AI model lifecycle
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for models
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise systems
- Lead enterprise AI platform strategy
- Maintain Jira artifacts and delivery alignment
- Manage engineering managers and senior technical staff development
- Oversee Agile execution and delivery tracking
- Own MLOps and production operations
- Partner with product risk security and business leaders
- Provide technical leadership across engineering teams
- Review designs code and architectural decisions
