GenAI Project Manager
Tasks
- Communicate project status and resolve issues
- Coordinate resources between in market teams and Maker Hub
- Coordinate with creative and strategy teams on workflows
- Develop advertising and digital activities
- Develop project plans with Gen AI workflows
- Handle purchase orders and financial reconciliation
- Identify assess and mitigate Gen AI production risks
- Improve AI assisted production processes
- Integrate Gen AI tools into production workflows
- Lead account performance planning
- Maintain quality control across deliverables
- Manage client requirements budgets and service levels
- Manage multi account programme delivery
- Manage project documentation
- Manage project level budgets and cost estimation
- Own end to end Gen AI project delivery
- Represent studio as day to day lead for smaller accounts
- Support account director with client communications
- Support accurate billing
- Track and report AI production metrics
