Genomic Data Scientist (we have office locations in Cambridge, Leeds & London)
Tasks
- Build and run workflow based pipelines
- Conduct meta analysis and differential abundance analysis
- Develop and fine tune genomic data tools and pipelines
- Execute GWAS and variant association testing
- Generate reports and documentation
- Perform custom computational analyses
- Perform fine mapping and MR analysis
- Prepare genomic data for downstream analysis
- Publish findings and present at conferences
- Research and benchmark genomic analysis methods
- Run quality control and functional annotation
