Tasks
- Analyze bearing capacity settlement and expansive clay
- Assign foundation systems and ground improvement
- Coordinate groundwater contamination and Phase II findings
- Develop earthwork grading and cut fill strategy
- Direct geotechnical consultants and deliverables
- Evaluate liquefaction seismic site class
- Interpret subsurface data into foundation design parameters
- Manage boring CPT campaigns and lab testing
- Own geotechnical workstream for multi site development
- Perform geotechnical fatal flaw screening
- Scope subsurface investigation programs
- Support construction foundation decisions
- Write geotechnical RFPs
