Global Compensation and Data Governance Manager (m/f/x)
Tasks
- Conduct pay transparency and pay equity analyses
- Coordinate compensation processes
- Define standardize and maintain employee core data standards
- Ensure internal controls audit requirements and data minimization
- Establish governance operating model with data owners and stewards
- Operate enterprise people data governance framework
- Own compensation governance framework
- Partner with HR operations AI and IT for automation
- Provide reward effectiveness insights
- Steer salary reviews promotion adjustments and market benchmarking
- Track data quality KPIs and manage correction SLAs
- Translate compensation and governance topics into decisions
