Tasks
- Analyze business processes for automation opportunities
- Architect automation workflows and bots
- Build RPA Center of Excellence governance framework
- Deploy bots to production with governance and change management
- Develop scalable reusable RPA components
- Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance
- Gather and document automation requirements
- Integrate RPA with ERP MES and data systems via APIs
- Maintain version control and audit trails for automation assets
- Manage RPA Orchestrator scheduling and monitoring
- Manage SLAs and escalation for production bots
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve RPA solutions
- Perform testing and debugging including UAT
- Produce technical documentation and user guides
- Track and report automation KPIs
- Train mentor and coach teams in RPA tools
- Use process mining to quantify inefficiencies
