- Architect RPA solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT operations and business teams
- Deploy bots to production environments
- Develop RPA Center of Excellence governance framework
- Develop automation workflows and bots
- Enable teams through training and mentoring
- Ensure RPA compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy policies
- Gather and document automation requirements
- Integrate RPA with enterprise systems via APIs
- Lead quality assurance testing and UAT
- Maintain automation documentation and user guides
- Maintain version control and audit trails
- Manage RPA orchestrator scheduling monitoring and execution
- Manage SLAs and escalation for production bots
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve RPA solutions
- Support localization deployment and adoption
- Track automation KPIs and report ROI
- Use process mining to quantify inefficiencies
