Tasks
- Act as control tower for Promo Analytics landing
- Co own improvement results with market teams
- Coordinate with user communities for business benefits
- Define Promo Analytics requirements with stakeholders
- Deliver technology adoption
- Deploy Promo Analytics products into new markets
- Design end to end process and org interfaces
- Enhance global product requirements
- Ensure TPA delivery adherence to global process design
- Ensure design relevance to planning community
- Facilitate efficiency and effectiveness reviews
- Lead Promo Analytics SME support with IT teams
- Lead Promo Analytics process thinking
- Lead design build testing
- Lead performance troubleshooting and regional issue resolution
- Manage adoption and change
- Manage issues and blockers
- Mitigate unnecessary customizations
- Provide training and launch planning
- Resolve BAU issues
- Run workshops and redesign planning
- Unlock iOPS organizational design
