Tasks

• Arrange luggage transport for groups and VIPs
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures
• Assist with guest evacuation
• Assist with luggage handling
• Coordinate taxi and guest transportation
• Coordinate with front office and concierge teams
• Deliver and retrieve luggage
• Escort guests to rooms
• Handle guest belongings with security
• Introduce room features and hotel services
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance and lobby
• Maintain orderly entrance
• Open vehicle and hotel doors
• Operate and maintain luggage trolleys
• Promote welcoming guest atmosphere
• Provide farewell upon departure
• Provide information about hotel services
• Provide local attraction information
• Report lost and found items
• Report maintenance concerns
• Report security issues
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries
• Store luggage
• Support emergency procedures
• Welcome guests upon arrival
