- Drive supplier selection and development
- Ensure ESH compliance and promote safety culture
- Improve cost lead time MOQ and supplier performance
- Lead coach and develop fulfillment team
- Lead day to day purchasing for order execution
- Lead end to end order execution
- Lead supplier on time delivery resilience and localization improvements
- Manage execution changes to protect delivery performance and margins
- Manage liquidated damages claims and credit notes
- Manage order priorities risks and recovery actions
- Manage purchase order placement supplier confirmation and expediting
- Optimize working capital through disciplined execution and purchasing
- Oversee order scheduling and production planning
- Plan workloads and utilize team capacity
- Provide POR execution updates and monthly POR reviews
- Provide proactive order status communication
- Serve as customer point of contact
- Set objectives conduct performance reviews and support development
- Support contractual compliance and business interests
- Support trade compliance and checkpoint regulations
