Tasks
- Analyze and resolve mechanical and system issues
- Collect voice of the customer feedback for development teams
- Conduct safety ergonomic and risk assessments
- Design and implement electro mechanical tools and fixtures
- Develop diagnostic tools to reduce downtime
- Develop monitoring tools for safety reliability and performance
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures and training content
- Lead on site training for RME teams
- Manage spare parts systems and processes
- Partner with product development manufacturing and RME teams
- Perform hardware audits and troubleshooting
- Produce daily and weekly reliability and performance reports
- Provide on site support for product implementations and upgrades
- Resolve RME technical inquiries and escalations
