HCM Analytics & BI Developer
Tasks
- Build BI Publisher reports and templates
- Build ad hoc reporting and self service analytics
- Collaborate on analytics requirements and technical specifications
- Configure HCM Extract for bulk data extraction
- Configure agency reporting templates and migrate reporting baselines
- Create org chart visualizations and workforce exploration tools
- Deliver analytics training to agency HR teams
- Design and develop OTBI dashboards
- Design data models and semantic layers in OTBI and OAC
- Develop Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and visualizations
- Develop compliance reporting solutions
- Ensure reports comply with Section 508 and WCAG 21 AA
- Provide project status and support Agile release train ceremonies
- Resolve moderate scope technical and functional issues
