- Build AI initiative pipeline
- Champion responsible AI principles and human oversight
- Define AI strategy and roadmap for commercial domain
- Define and track KPIs for AI initiatives
- Design and deliver AI enabled customer insight solutions
- Drive adoption of AI solutions in commercial workflows
- Drive measurable revenue enablement and customer engagement outcomes
- Enable targeting segmentation and engagement strategies using AI
- Ensure AI governance and risk approval compliance
- Ensure scalable reusable solutions aligned to enterprise standards
- Improve sales and marketing decision making with analytics
- Lead cross functional teams for AI solutions
- Lead end to end AI delivery from discovery to deployment
- Partner with legal security and data protection for regulatory compliance
