- Build AI literacy programs for technical and non technical teams
- Define AI enablement roadmap aligned to OKRs
- Define and track AI adoption KPIs productivity gains and business impact
- Develop policies for responsible AI including privacy bias mitigation and compliance
- Embed AI into operating model across business functions
- Ensure AI systems are explainable and auditable
- Establish AI Center of Excellence standards governance and playbooks
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools platforms and vendors
- Identify prioritize high value AI use cases with ROI
- Partner with engineering and data science to scale AI to production
