Head of AI Engineering & Enablement
Tasks
- Build AI opportunity roadmap by ROI feasibility and impact
- Build organizational context layer with permission aware retrieval
- Coach AI owners in functions and run enablement programs
- Create prompt libraries templates and training for adoption
- Define AI governance tools data handling rules and reference architecture
- Deliver prototypes to production grade deployment
- Design and build internal agent and automations
- Design multi agent workflow handoffs
- Develop retrieval pipelines and agent orchestration
- Ensure HIPAA compliance for deployed agents
- Evaluate emerging AI models and agent frameworks
- Implement secure system of record connectivity
- Integrate with Gong Salesforce NetSuite Snowflake Slack and Workato
- Lead AI strategy and use case discovery
- Maintain AI risk register acceptable use policy and audit trail standards
- Monitor evaluate and iterate production AI agents
- Own reusable agent skills frameworks and guidance library
- Re engineer business processes before automation
