- Develop competency programs for AWS AI ML technologies
- Directly manage solutions architects and engineering managers
- Ensure statements of work approval and operational SLAs
- Escalate and resolve critical client issues
- Lead AI ML service line profitability and performance
- Manage subcontractor governance and onboarding
- Oversee delivery quality across AI ML projects
- Own AI ML service line strategy
- Represent company as subject matter expert for AI ML engagements
