• Lead manufacturability and testability analysis
• Manage AIT department

• Oversee test and integration resource qualification and traceability
• Oversee value stream mapping
• Promote automation and ergonomics
• Provide workload estimates and schedules
• Qualify assembly and test processes
• Set and monitor industrial KPIs
• Validate AIT feasibility for contracts
