Tasks
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Define monitoring strategy and performance frameworks
- Deploy and integrate core network upgrades
- Develop operational procedures and recovery plans
- Develop recovery and resilience mechanisms
- Execute traffic management and network optimization
- Govern RCA process and track preventive actions
- Lead resolution of network incidents and service outages
- Maintain 24 7 on call rota
- Manage and develop Network Optimization team
- Monitor network performance metrics and KPIs
- Oversee network changes and operational readiness
