- Apply agile program management for SDLC improvements
- Build advisor intelligence platform
- Define and execute wealth management distribution technology strategy
- Develop advisor and firm segmentation capabilities
- Develop advisor relationship management capabilities
- Develop cloud native API based integrations
- Enable advisor segmentation and scoring
- Enable distribution analytics and territory insights
- Ensure sales marketing client technology interoperability
- Implement CI CD for Salesforce development
- Implement automated testing and release management
- Implement closed loop marketing and sales insights
- Integrate CRM with marketing automation and client reporting
- Integrate external and internal advisor data
- Lead evolution of advisor engagement lifecycle platforms
- Lead wealth technology team and drive data driven decision making
- Manage opportunity and pipeline tracking capabilities
- Own delivery of wealth CRM ecosystem
- Partner on scalable secure integrated platform architecture
- Partner with data and AI team on relevant AI solutions
- Provide platform observability and monitoring
