Operations Manager- E-commerce Fulfillment-FHN
Tasks
- Analyze performance variances and implement root cause corrective actions
- Develop and motivate teams with accountability
- Drive continuous improvement with lean methodologies
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead real time issue resolution on the floor
- Manage safety programs for associates equipment and property
- Manage supply chain operations
- Monitor quality productivity and job standards
- Oversee warehousing distribution packaging and transportation
- Own operations budget and profit and loss
- Plan staffing and labor costs for peak volumes
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Track KPIs for throughput service level order accuracy and cycle time
