HR Data Analyst – Compensation & Rewards
Tasks
- Administer salary review increments bonuses and rewards
- Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on workforce planning and compensation budgeting
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys
- Develop and review salary bands and pay structures
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations pension tax and statutory requirements
- Maintain compensation databases and ensure data integrity
- Monitor payroll accuracy and support reconciliation and audit
- Prepare compensation analytics reports dashboards and presentations
- Support job evaluation and job grading structure maintenance
