Tasks
- Automate and optimize reporting processes
- Coordinate technical contributors for analytics pipelines and dashboards
- Design review and optimize SQL Server data models and queries
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Ensure data quality data governance and consistency
- Lead or contribute to dashboard development and enhancements
- Oversee data integration using SSIS
- Oversee reporting using SSRS
- Partner with stakeholders for reporting and analytics initiatives
- Prioritize HR analytics requests for headcount and productivity
- Provide guidance coaching and technical direction to team members
- Review and validate ETL processes and dashboard outputs
- Review and validate data models and SQL logic
- Serve as technical point of contact between business IT and data teams
- Translate business and HR questions into analytics requirements
