- Analyze turnover attendance and review completion trends
- Coordinate offboarding transfers and status changes
- Design engagement activities
- Execute compliance workflows
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy
- Maintain corrective action documentation
- Maintain onsite HR presence and support schedules
- Manage timesheet support
- Partner with site leadership on performance review cycles
- Produce people metrics reporting
- Provide employee relations support
- Resolve time off escalations
- Run recognition programs and morale events
- Support leave of absence escalations
- Support onboarding logistics
- Support payroll escalations
- Triage document and resolve workplace issues
