Tasks
- Assist with M&E tasks in data centre
- Complete patching and de-patching requests
- Conduct housekeeping checks
- Escort third party engineers
- Install, relocate, and decommission IT equipment
- Maintain safe working environment
- Operate permit to work system
- Oversee sub-contractor work
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Perform troubleshooting and remote support
- Prepare and use safety and risk assessments
- Provide cover for absences
- Provide on-site support for ICT and engineering services
- Respond and resolve break fix tickets
- Update records and logs
