- Drive cloud native data architectures and best practices
- Drive data governance lineage cataloging security and compliance
- Enable batch and streaming data processing
- Enforce data architecture standards and technology guardrails
- Foster engineering excellence innovation ownership and continuous improvement
- Implement AI ready data pipelines
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Lead enterprise data engineering and AI platform initiatives
- Oversee end to end data ingestion transformation enrichment and orchestration
- Own design build and operate modern data platforms
- Partner with data science teams to enable generative AI solutions
- Support metadata management data quality and observability
- Support semantic modeling embeddings and vectorized data access
- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
