- Administer big data platforms on Hadoop clusters

- Build observability dashboards and monitor reliability

- Drive incident triage and service restoration
- Enable self service data wrangling exploration and analysis
- Evaluate implement emerging data technologies
- Implement proactive alerting and automated response
- Maintain data documentation and metadata management

- Own platform architecture for PaaS and SaaS
- Participate in on call rotation for incident support
- Perform root cause analysis for reliability issues
