Tasks
- Analyze SEC filings and exchange announcements to validate data
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define platform requirements for equity and fixed income index creation and maintenance
- Collaborate with research teams to develop index methodologies
- Create and onboard new index products
- Design and implement automated production workflows and systems
- Develop data governance framework for index methodologies
- Ensure indices calculated daily follow index methodologies
- Ensure production processes run on time with zero errors
- Partner with internal clients to define index requirements
- Plan and manage work for business analyst team
- Research data sources for index creation
- Test in house software and vendor products
- Track and handle corporate actions for equity and fixed income markets
- Validate corporate actions data using vendor data feeds and regulatory filings
