Innovation Engineer – Automotive Design, AI & Predictive Analytics (Spare Parts)
Tasks
- Collect preprocess and analyze large automotive datasets
- Conduct design thinking workshops
- Create proof of concepts for future products and services
- Develop AI ML monitoring solutions
- Develop patentable automotive spare part innovations
- Develop predictive models for spare part health anomaly detection and failure prediction
- Drive innovation initiatives for reliability manufacturability and cost optimization
- Evaluate components for design CAE manufacturability and serviceability
- Generate KPIs and performance indicators
- Identify patentable design improvements
- Investigate emerging AI machine learning and generative AI for predictive maintenance and aftersales
- Perform feasibility assessments and concept validation
- Perform warranty analytics
- Support invention disclosure prior art analysis and patent filing
