- Attach required supporting documents to requests
- Conduct routine data quality reviews
- Correct data inconsistencies
- Escalate unusual requests for further review
- Follow internal control requirements
- Maintain process documentation and user guides
- Maintain supplier records in company systems
- Perform data validation checks
- Process ServiceNow requests
- Review supplier requests and supporting documentation
- Store and organize documentation
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation
- Support testing during system updates
- Update supplier information in ERP systems
- Update tracking files and operational logs
