Internal Audit - Lead Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build ETL ELT pipelines integrating SAP
- Build streaming pipelines with Structured Streaming
- Coordinate execution across offshore and onshore teams
- Design build and maintain fault tolerant pipelines
- Ensure pipeline versioning for auditability
- Establish code review and testing standards
- Establish data quality checks
- Implement CDC and incremental loads
- Implement ingestion patterns for files databases and APIs
- Implement monitoring and alerting
- Lead architecture and design reviews
- Maintain data lineage documentation and validation
- Manage data pipeline risks and mitigation
- Mentor engineers and analysts
- Optimize pipeline performance and cost
- Own data engineering roadmap
- Own lakehouse modeling bronze silver gold
- Publish curated datasets for BI analytics
- Serve as internal audit data engineering SME
- Support CI CD and runbook creation
- Translate audit needs into delivery plans
