Tasks
- Build AI powered tools and agents
- Build Freshdesk widgets for support agents
- Build and maintain agent platform templates and deployment infrastructure
- Build connectors using REST APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process flows into hosted applications
- Develop and host internal software integrations and automations
- Implement CI CD regression testing for AI systems
- Integrate applied AI into business workflows
- Monitor and maintain AI systems in production
- Set up AI evaluation and quality testing for LLM outputs
