IT Engineer, Data Center
Tasks
- Collect audit evidence and document procedures
- Configure MDM enrollment and identity provisioning
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint issues
- Escalate issues to remote IT and Security
- Follow IT procedures for access controls and physical security
- Maintain IT knowledge base documentation
- Maintain hardware asset inventory
- Manage device offboarding wiping and data destruction
- Provide on site hardware and software break fix
- Provision and deploy macOS Windows and iOS devices
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance procedures
