Tasks

• Coordinate HCS integration with VMware and enterprise storage
• Lead incident handling and service request support
• Maintain platform documentation runbooks and SOPs
• Manage technical changes patching and configuration baselines
• Monitor capacity utilization performance and availability
• Oversee backup replication snapshot restore and disaster recovery
• Promote automation using PowerShell PowerCLI Python and APIs
• Supervise daily administration of Huawei Cloud Stack services
• Troubleshoot complex platform incidents using logs and alerts
