IT - Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst - Backup & Disaster Recovery
Tasks
- Assist with recovery testing and disaster recovery exercises
- Assist with server deployments upgrades patching and hardware replacement
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Investigate failed backup jobs
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and backup disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor backup and disaster recovery systems
- Monitor server storage virtualization and backup infrastructure health
- Perform Windows Server administration and active directory maintenance
- Perform backup restores
- Support backup repositories replication retention and offsite disaster recovery infrastructure
- Troubleshoot LAN WAN VLAN DNS DHCP and VPN connectivity
- Troubleshoot server storage virtualization backup and network issues
