IT Operations Specialist (8 month term)
Tasks
- Maintain IT documentation and help guides
- Maintain endpoint security tools and apply patches
- Manage device lifecycle including procurement setup inventory tracking and offboarding
- Manage user access through identity systems including SSO and MFA
- Provide technical support for hardware software and connectivity issues
- Respond to security alerts and support remediation
- Support and administer MacOS Windows Linux workstations
- Troubleshoot office network and connectivity
