• Define governance metrics KPIs KRIs and standardized reporting
• Drive continuous improvement maturity and automation for service continuity and disaster recovery
• Ensure technology continuity plans disaster recovery plans and response recovery procedures align to business services
• Maintain and improve recovery readiness for critical ICT services
• Own and develop IT service continuity and disaster recovery framework across Baltics
• Plan and coordinate disaster recovery testing execution follow up and remediation
• Support business impact analysis risk assessment and crisis scenario planning
