- Adapt development lifecycle to product context
- Automate pull request workflows
- Conduct technical refinement with product team
- Create and maintain living documentation
- Define AI assisted development methods
- Deliver technical squad outcomes
- Design and implement agent integration patterns
- Ensure architecture quality and predictability
- Ensure consistency across iOS Android and BFF
- Evaluate architecture trade offs and dependencies
- Implement agentic engineering processes code review with AI test generation and maintenance assisted refactoring
- Lead adoption and evolution of agentic development tools
- Mentor engineers to improve AI assisted engineering maturity
- Prioritize squad backlog technical debt risks and automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into viable solutions
