Junior Data Analyst
Tasks
- Analyze campaign performance across email SMS push and onsite
- Analyze customer behavior retention and purchase frequency
- Build and maintain business and marketing reports
- Build propensity churn and customer value models
- Calculate customer lifetime value and retention metrics
- Create derived variables for targeting and personalization
- Define reporting requirements and KPIs with stakeholders
- Develop customer segmentation and target groups
- Develop predictive modeling and forecasting approaches
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Extract clean and validate datasets from multiple systems
- Forecast revenue customer value and campaign performance
- Identify trends risks and opportunities in performance
- Measure incremental impact of CRM and loyalty activities
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership
- Support A/B testing and experimentation analysis
- Support forecasting budgeting and performance tracking
