Junior Data Operations Analyst (Tableau / Data Pipeline Support)
Tasks
- Communicate incident status and workarounds
- Coordinate with business stakeholders on incident impact
- Create concise incident summaries for escalation
- Document resolutions and known errors
- Escalate complex or high impact incidents
- Execute safe reruns or retriggers when allowed
- Maintain ITSM ticket updates with evidence
- Monitor batch execution and load health
- Perform standard recovery steps using runbooks
- Propose runbook improvements
- Recheck validation results
- Track incident trends and recurring causes
- Triage BAU incidents and assess impact
- Validate data refresh checkpoints
- Verify basic access and permissions
