Tasks
- Coordinate equity operations from grants to settlements
- Create and analyze HR metrics and reports
- Deliver insights for P O finance and business stakeholders
- Document equity program processes
- Drive P O analytics and controlling initiatives
- Manage employee share programs
- Optimize and standardize equity processes
- Serve as equity point of contact for stakeholders
