- Act as transversal HR data support
- Consolidate shared services OPEX budget data
- Coordinate HR data collection compliance
- Ensure HR data quality and consistency
- Perform variance analysis for budgets
- Prepare budget templates and presentation slides
- Prepare global social reporting
- Produce internal HR reports
- Support CSE CHSCT meeting materials
- Support expatriate HR cost tracking
- Support management fee allocation and follow up
- Support regulatory workforce reporting
