Junior Master Data Analyst
Tasks
- Assign end customers and partners to customer master hierarchy using license systems
- Audit customer master data for consistency and accuracy
- Build standard procedures user guides and training materials
- Create review validate maintain customer master hierarchies in SAP
- Detect duplicate records and update core attributes
- Enforce data governance rules and standards
- Lead data cleansing and data quality improvement efforts
- Provide training and coaching for master data best practices
- Reconcile customer master hierarchies to Salesforce partner relationships
- Update customer master hierarchy requests within SLAs
