Tasks
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with operations finance HR compliance and IT
- Conduct performance reviews and site visits
- Drive contract performance and service quality
- Ensure audit ready processes
- Handle client escalations
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Maintain accurate trackers and documentation for audit and compliance
- Manage client stakeholder relationships
- Monitor SLAs and delivery standards
- Oversee onboarding from offer to day 1
- Own end to end recruitment delivery
- Provide performance reporting and forecasting
- Serve as primary point of contact
- Support revenue growth and profitability
- Track time to hire and pipeline health
