Tasks
- Build and maintain dealer and service provider relationships
- Coordinate customer agreed services
- Handle reports
- Manage contract processing from activation to final billing
- Process purchase price inquiries and create purchase contracts and sales invoices
- Provide phone and written customer and dealer consultation
- Support sales team with existing customer management
