Tasks
- Apply knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy program and hotel services
- Assist guest services with purchasing items when authorized
- Conduct rooming according to service standards
- Coordinate with departments to resolve guest issues
- Deliver guest interactions in compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance standards
- Engage in guest conversation to personalize interactions
- Ensure cleanliness of entrance doors glass surfaces and elevators
- Greet and welcome guests at hotel entrances and public areas
- Handle special guest requests and accessibility needs
- Maintain clean and luxury appearance in public areas
- Maintain luggage carts bellman stand and equipment
- Park and valet guest vehicles using established procedures
- Promote and facilitate lobby and outlet services
- Provide bottled water and touch up cleaning for arrivals and departures
- Provide daily updates on guest vehicle counts and apply parking charges
- Provide welcome drink during check in
- Respond to guest requests and coordinate with internal departments
- Share local area knowledge with guests
