- Automate dashboards and recurring MIS processes
- Build early warning frameworks for churn dormancy and risk indicators
- Collaborate with product and marketing for analytics driven initiatives
- Design and implement predictive models for attrition and lead scoring
- Develop analytics for customer acquisition and portfolio growth
- Enhance data pipelines and system integration for reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness with AB testing and uplift modeling
- Perform root cause analysis for performance anomalies
- Provide analytical support for product launches and digital journeys
- Publish weekly monthly MIS dashboards and scorecards
- Track portfolio metrics and manage portfolio performance
- Use segmentation and clustering for customer cohorts
