Tasks
- Apply INT8 quantization LoRA knowledge distillation and model compression
- Build and optimize deep learning models for training and inference
- Design and train VLM and VLA architectures
- Develop auto annotation and data centric AI pipelines
- Establish offline and online evaluation frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Mentor interns and junior AI ML engineers
- Optimize models for Jetson class hardware CUDA TensorRT and ONNX Runtime
- Own end to end research lifecycle
- Prepare technical reports and support publications
- Research and develop diffusion generative models
