Tasks
- Build and maintain agentic eval harnesses offline and online
- Build graph based knowledge and retrieval systems
- Communicate agent architecture and roadmap to leadership and investors
- Create retrieval and embedding pipelines and vector store integration
- Design build and deploy production LLM agents with tool interfaces
- Implement context and retrieval engineering to reduce hallucination
- Implement human in the loop controls and approval gates
- Operate retrieval quality evaluation and regression testing
- Own agentic function end to end architecture
- Write production code and guide hiring and team scaling
