Lead AI Integration Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Consume API outputs for data classification and extraction
- Design build and deploy intelligent backend services
- Drive agentic SDLC tool rollout usage and governance
- Enforce redact before model data handling
- Engineer retrieval augmented generation pipelines
- Establish responsible AI guardrails safety testing and model governance
- Evaluate emerging LLM tooling and agentic frameworks
- Identify AI automation opportunities and build prototypes
- Implement evaluation frameworks for correctness boundary and intent
- Integrate AI outputs into end user workflow
- Mentor junior engineers and promote secure responsible AI coding
- Own agent orchestration tool integration retrieval and human in the loop design
- Select evaluate fine tune and guide Gen AI usage
- Troubleshoot prompt injection risks model latency and data leakage
